    • Overseeing thedesign projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the staffmembers to ensure they adhere to the budget and timelineconstraints.
    • Reviewing feedback from clientsand making alterations according to the clients'needs.
    • Analyzing market research to create moreeffective designs.
    • Understanding written andverbal project briefs, and working alongside team members todevelop plans, work schedules, andtargets.
    • Analyzing operations and providingcost-effective suggestions forimprovement.
    • Streamlining processes so that thebusiness operates at maximumefficiency.
    • Assisting with training andrecruitment of new staff members.
    • Liaising withclients, managers, and otherstakeholders.
    • Updating work schedules andadjusting targets as required.
    • Addressingperformance issues and scheduling meetings whenrequired.
