Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our team.

If you have a deep love for coffee, extensive knowledge of coffee bean mixing, roasting techniques, and enjoy creating new coffee drinks, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Take the lead in crafting highquality coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.
Educate customers on different coffee blends, brewing methods, and coffee equipment to enhance their coffee experience.
Develop and experiment with custom blends and new coffee drinks to delight our customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and functional.
Train and mentor barista team members to enhance their coffee preparation skills and customer service abilities.
Uphold exceptional customer service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Barista, with a strong foundation in coffee bean mixing and roasting techniques.
Excellent knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and coffee equipment.
Ability to create unique blends and innovate new coffee drinks to meet customers' tastes and preferences.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills to engage with customers and provide an exceptional coffee experience.
Proven leadership abilities and the capacity to guide and inspire a team of baristas.
A deep passion for coffee and a solid understanding of the coffee industry.

Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
