2+ Years of proven UAE experience as an Accountant- Strong knowledge on Accounting Standards (IFRS)
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Daily recording of journal entries for data entry, bank transactions, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, reconciliations on monthly basis.
- Proven experience as an accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant
- Indepth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), UAE Vat laws
- Proficient user of accounting software
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate accounting processes are being used
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
