Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert legal counsel to management and other stakeholders on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters
  • Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support decisionmaking and ensure adherence to applicable laws and industry standards
  • Assist with corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations and advise on potential impacts
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory authorities as needed
  • Develop and deliver legal training and awareness programs to enhance compliance and risk management practices

Requirements:


  • Minimum 02 years of experience as a legal consultant or corporate attorney
  • Indepth knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate legal risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of providing practical and strategic legal advice in a corporate setting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
