Job Description:

Hiring for a Government client in Dubai.


Job Purpose:


Preparing, reviewing, following up and managing information in the field of contracts, contributing to setting goals and general policies, evaluating results and developing.

Work formulas and methods and providing technical advice to the direct supervisor and the organizational unit.


Responsibilities-

  • Suggesting new technologies used to develop productivity and raise work efficiency and setting an action plan as needed.
  • Contribute to defining the entity's priorities and reviewing contracts and executive programs necessary for their completion through participation in committees and teams.
  • Contributing to reviewing contracts to identify projects and programs to achieve the strategic objectives of the entity.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for operations and the organization of work through participation in committees and teams.
  • Contribute to the development of legislative controls for contracts related to the quality of operations.
  • Analyzing economic events and forecasting the results of production and investment and other public and private economic factors.
  • Strengthening relations with external partners to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Developing, motivating internal partners, and managing change to ensure efficiency and efficacy.
  • Providing advice and evaluating final reports on issues related to contracts and expressing an opinion on them.
  • Providing the necessary studies and recommendations for the special files assigned to them by the leadership.
  • Providing the necessary support and guidance in drafting and developing contracts, executing any other tasks assigned to him.

Qualifications:

Bachelors

  • Business Administration/ Law/ Accounting, plus 12 years experience required.
Masters

  • Business Administration/ Law/ Accounting, plus 10 years experience required.
PhD- Business Administration/ Law/ Accounting, plus 8 years experience required.
