    Supervise and coordinate activities of cooksand workers. Determine how food should be presented and createdecorative food displays. Ensure proper portion, arrangement, andfood garnish to be served. Monitor the quantity of food that isprepared. Inform Food & Beverage service staff of menuspecials and out of stock menu items. Prepare special meals orsubstitute items. Assist cooks and kitchen staff with varioustasks. Provide cooks with needed items. Monitor stock of kitchensupplies and food. Maintain kitchen logs for food safety programand food products. Ensure the quality of the food items and notifymanager if a product does not meet specifications.
