Analyze business performance data and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals.
Provide regular reports on performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend changes to improve results.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visualizations.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Continuously monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide recommendations for process improvements based on datadriven insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis or performance management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with statistical analysis software such as R, SAS, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good timemanagement and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fastpaced environment.
