We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Junior Accountant.

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Assist in managing the general ledger and maintaining accurate records
  • Assist in performing monthly and yearend closing procedures
  • Reconcile bank statements and card transactions
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Support the senior accountants in various accounting tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and best practices

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g.,
    QuickBooks, SAGE50)

Working proficiency in English and Hindi

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Currently in the country on a valid visit visa (_Visit Visa Holders preferred for immediate joining_).
