    YOUR MISSION

    Supports and coordinates the 360° marketing strategy for either the Fragrance or Leather Goods category across the MEIAT region, in line with Maison objectives.

    HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

    • Coordinate and implement the 360° marketing action plan for the assigned category across MEIAT
    • Support the Product Manager with category strategy execution, product launches, forecasts, and performance tracking
    • Animate category communities to strengthen engagement and product knowledge across markets
    • Develop sales, training, and competition tools in collaboration with Commercial, Communication, VM, CRM, and L&D teams
    • Coordinate regional product launch plans and ensure smooth execution with local markets
    • Support annual forecasting exercises with Supply Chain and regional stakeholders
    • Follow up on e-commerce implementation and performance
    • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity
    • Develop competition decks and market analysis by category or sub-category
    • Prepare monthly, yearly, and ad hoc reports and performance analyses
    • Contribute to the development of Middle East exclusivities in partnership with Central Marketing

    HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxury, Fashion, or Beauty
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Fluent in English; Arabic and French are a plus
