Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages
Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care
Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions commonly seen in family medicine
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and make referrals to specialists when necessary
Promote preventive care through education on healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress for chronic conditions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care
Stay up-to-date with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in family medicine

Requirements

Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Family Medicine Specialist/Consultant
Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program
Proven experience in providing primary care to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in family medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to diagnose and address complex medical issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
