Job description
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced individual to join our organization as the Head of Corporate Services.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and work of the corporate services team members, providing support to partners for client inquiries and proposals, attending client meetings, identifying the scope of work, and liaising with the team to issue proposals to clients.

A comprehensive understanding of UAE company law is essential, and familiarity with freezone laws, particularly DIFC and ADGM, is considered an added benefit.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance to the corporate services team members, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Collaborate with partners to understand client requirements, assist in preparing proposals, and support the development of tailored solutions.
Attend client meetings to gather information, identify the scope of work, and address any inquiries or concerns.
Liaise with the corporate services team to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and requirements.
Stay updated on UAE company law regulations, ensuring compliance in all corporate services provided.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
Oversee the coordination and execution of corporate services, including company formations, registrations, document drafting, and other related activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements, and provide recommendations for adjustments to service offerings and processes.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities as needed.

Qualifications:

A professional degree such as CA, MBA, CS, or a background in law is required.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate services within the UAE.
Indepth knowledge of UAE company law is essential, with familiarity in freezone laws, particularly DIFC and ADGM, considered an added benefit.
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
A proactive and resultsoriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Salary:
From AED16,000.00 per month
