    Description
    • Receive and greet customers,discuss servicing/ repair needs, guide them on assessment &repair of problems/ faults and service requirements based onmanufacturer recommendation and when agreed to record therequirement correctly on job card to avoid any ambiguity effectingthe quality of repair.
    • Explain to the customercontents of the job, its value and cost involved. After obtainingconfirmation prepare clear and unambiguous work instruction for thetechnician to carry out the job and keep in constant touch toensure that work is progressing in propermanner.
    • Organize inspection upon completion ofthe job to ensure the quality of the job meets the prescribedstandard and to satisfy the customer that the job has been carriedout as desired.
    • Deliver the vehicle in mostcourteous manner once the job has been completed to the entiresatisfaction of the customer and authorities of the workshop so asto ensure continuity of business.
    • Establishhealthy and profitable relationship by proactively communicatingand following up with the existing as well as prospective customeron performance of their cars and if they require any serviceattention so as to consolidate and enhance the customerbase.
    • Keep the customers constantly posted onthe status of the back order parts, their actual date and time ofarrival to assure customer of the company's genuineinterest in sorting out his problem so as retaincustomer's confidence.
    • Keep customersperiodically informed about the work progress and deliver vehiclesafter collecting the repair charges / LPO/IPO.
    • Up sell new accessories, service packages,additional service and participate actively in servicecampaign.
    • Upgrade product knowledge through webbased training and class roomtraining.
    • Establish cordial relation withcustomers and workshop staff.
    • Follow up on WorkIn Progress (WIP) targeting closer in 30days.
    • Follow-up with customers on long pendingvehicles for taking delivery.

    Qualifications& Experience:

    • 2-5 years' experience as Service Advisor in an automotivedealership
    • Diploma in Automobile Engineering orgraduate
