We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Strategist & Business Lead to join our team.

As a Social Media Strategist & Business Lead, you will be responsible for developing Social Media strategies for existing and new clients anddriving business growth.

Relevant experience in an integrated communication agency and valid UAE Driving license is a must.

Managing and developing social media and digital accounts
Developing strategies & campaign concepts for Client's Social pages
Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform
Explore and evaluate emerging content platforms and tools to build strategies for implementing effective campaigns
Stay abreast of the market to react quickly with relevant content
Managing and maintaining multiple accounts
Developing a powerful concept presentation for viral videos, storyboard, and implementation of the same using suppliers
Excellent skills in Client Servicing and team management
Create strategic and tactical social media calendars
Pitch presentation for developing new business

Requirements:

Proven 2 years of agency experience in social media marketing is a must
A valid UAE Driving license
Graduate in mass media & communications will be an advantage
A proven track record in developing strategic plans that benefit the client
A datadriven mentality to ensure optimal utilization of social media platforms, as well as campaign execution
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detailWe are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategies.
Responsible for coordinating with the PR and digital marketing teams on the marketing calendar to discuss their social media strategy and to plan posts in advance.
Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
Lead the develop and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform
Explore and evaluate emerging content platforms and tools to build strategies for implementing effective campaigns
Stay abreast of the market to react quickly with relevant content
Monitor how the brand is being mentioned on social media and engage with followers by responding to public and private messages
Create strategic and tactical social media calendars

- keeping in mind brand consistencies, localized messaging etc

Requirements:

3+ years of agency experience in social media marketing is a must
A valid UAE Driving license
Must be bilingual
Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
Datadriven mentality to ensure optimal utilization of social media platforms, as well as campaign execution
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong attention to detail
Familiarization and experience in using crossplatform publishing and scheduling platforms (such as Hootsuite)

Salary:
AED7, AED12,000.00 per month
