- Verify approvals for complimentaryrooms, late checkouts with no charges and day use roomcharges
- Print business call journal and ensurethat all long distance calls and faxes are supported with BusinessCalls Authorization voucher
- Verify guest ledgercharges from concessionaires with theirsummary
- Verify room rate variance report, postroom and tax for the day
- Print'Revenue Report today Gross and Budget' andsplit service charge and tax for roomrevenue
- Print reports and tally with supportingvouchers, e.g. visa income, charges, miscellaneous income,etc.
- Export POS revenue to the ONQ data and runpre-audit back up
- Run file maintenance andprepare daily revenue report
- Ensure themaintenance of professional financial standards throughout thehotel
- Undertake a review of end-of-day takingsagainst logged reports
- Edit all reports toensure accuracy and full completion
- Investigateany anomalies found between daily reports andtakings
- Train the Night Team in ensuring theaccurate completion of systems andprocesses
- Assist the Night Manager in emergencysituations
