    Description

    PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Create, develop, and execute marketing plans andstrategies for our existing product lines and new developments.
    • Work with product managers /business heads to define and execute go-to-market plans. Coordinatewith the NPD and product management team to launchnew products successfully
    • Develop strategic, operationalmarketing plans, execution & ensuringdeliverables.
    • Manage creative for corporatemarketing initiatives ensuring the brandstrategy translation across all externalcommunication: decks, sales sheets, kits, videos, and tradeshows
    • Stewardship for themarketing communication program acrossdistributors / dealers, end-users, influencers, consultants and thecontracting community.
    • Create and execute aB2B communications strategy that takesinto account customer insights, customer segmentation, customervalue proposition and salesstrategy.
    • Implementing effectivestrategies for branding and promotional activities -Events Management, Brand Building Exercise, New Product Launch,Promotional Activities, communication with the Advertising Agenciesand Media. Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, andimprove overall program effectiveness overtime
    • Website Developments,content writing and upkeep.
    • E-marketing bycreating, designing & structuring various Marketingcollaterals such as Presentations, Approach Papers, MonthlyNewsletters, Mail Campaign, Web Updates, Reports, Case Studies,Whitepapers
    • Creating BrandAwareness at global level, positioning strategy ofthe Brand. Drive the below the line (BTL) marketing program.Designing and creating company's document referrals (MarketingCollaterals)
    • MarketResearch: Gathering market and business informationcreatively using Market Research sources and Internet tools SocialMedia Networking - Online Marketing Search Engine Optimization andOnline Marketing sites, Social Media andBlogging.
    • MarketAnalysis: Analyzing market conditions and relatedstrategies backed by an analysis. Creating periodic reportsindicating market health and possible options in future. Identifyand evaluate new technologies and incremental innovations toexisting product lines. Know competitors activities & newproduct plans & prepare strategy to counterit.
    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSREQUIRED
    • ExcellentInterpersonal and presentationskills.
    • Excellent Domain Knowledge and wellversed with Functional deliverables ofMarketing
    • Functional expert in the B2BMarketing with exposure to marketing communication, productmanagement & pricing
    • TechnicalMarketing Capability
    • Ability to set upambitious deliverables, implementation and ensurecompliance
    • Demonstrated record of delivery onvalue adding projects and programs.
    • Strongproblem solving skills leading to effective decisionmaking

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • MBA/PGDBA in Marketing / Corporate Communication
    • Minimum 8-10 years overall experience in themarketing of B2B product in an established and reputed mid-sizedcompany.
    • Should have independently handled themarketing department with experience of marketing communicationprogram across direct consumers, end-users and influencerscommunity.
    • Significant record ofaccomplishment in the area of marketing with demonstratedleadership capabilities.
