- Maximize product value and provide a worldclass customer experience
- Onboarding and training for new and existing clients
- Establish a trusted strategic relationship with clients, and drive platform usage
- Work crossfunctionally with account managers and content teams to deliver outstanding support and develop business growth opportunities
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing)
- Bachelor's degree & 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in managing a client portfolio and working towards a customer journey
