Requirements:


  • Maximize product value and provide a worldclass customer experience
  • Onboarding and training for new and existing clients
  • Establish a trusted strategic relationship with clients, and drive platform usage
  • Work crossfunctionally with account managers and content teams to deliver outstanding support and develop business growth opportunities

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing)
  • Bachelor's degree & 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in managing a client portfolio and working towards a customer journey
