Responsibilities:

• Build/maintainAviation and Transportation clientrelationships
  
• Coordinatemeetings with clients, local officials, contractors and thepublic
  
• Projectmanagement duties including contracting, cost estimates and clientinvoicing primarily on Wisconsin airports and FAAprojects
  
• Assistwith marketing duties including proposal development, projectinterviews, and attendance at the Annual Wisconsin AviationConference
  
• Assistwith project design, permitting and technicalreports
  
• Serveas resident engineer and manage construction projects asneeded
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  
• 5+years of Civil Engineering experience with a focus ontransportation/aviation
  
• PELicense
  
• Proficientin AutoCAD/Civil 3Dpreferred
  
• Knowledgeof FAA and Wisconsin Bureau of Aeronautics procedurespreferred
  
• Projectmanagement and business developmentexperience
  
• Experience inconstruction management oversight as a project leader/residentengineerpreferred
