    Job Purpose

    The Sales Consultant manages the complete sales process, from prospecting to post-sales follow-up, ensuring full compliance with company policies. The role focuses on achieving sales and product targets, supporting customers with finance and insurance solutions, and delivering excellent customer service to build long-term relationships. By meeting customer expectations and maintaining high satisfaction levels, the role contributes to sustained sales growth and a positive customer experience.

     Job Responsibilities

    Sales / Sales Process

    • Follow all stages of the sales process, including prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure, delivery, and post-sales follow-up.

    • Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

    • Liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process efficiently.

    • Report daily sales activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager.

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maximising profit per transaction.

    • Maximise closing opportunities while maintaining and expanding the existing customer base.

    • Assist customers with finance and insurance products based on their requirements.

    • Achieve targets for accessories, in-house insurance, and GAP insurance.

    • Create sales-related videos for customers and achieve Venta Vid targets.

    • Ensure achievement of internal and external Mystery Shopping programme targets.

    • Conduct timely follow-ups with customers.

    • Participate in sales meetings and team discussions.

    • Achieve all KPIs set by management.

     Customer Experience

    • Meet and exceed customer expectations at all stages of the sales journey.

    • Schedule follow-ups, vehicle deliveries, and new customer acquisition activities using effective time management.

    • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle by delivering a personalised and tailored sales experience.

    • Achieve SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) targets by providing outstanding customer service.

    • Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer information.

    • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

    • Ensure smooth, clean, and defect-free delivery of vehicles as promised to customers.

    • Perform other related duties as required.

    Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

    Work Experience

    • 2–3 years of sales experience in the automotive or related industry
