Reva Media Is Hiring Affiliated Sales Leader.


Key Responsibilities:


As an Affiliated Sales Leader in the beauty products industry, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and achieve revenue targets by effectively managing a team of affiliated sales representatives. Your role involves promoting and selling beauty products through a network of independent sales representatives or distributors.


1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.


2. Team Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of affiliated sales representatives or distributors. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to help them achieve their sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.


3. Sales Promotion and Support:

Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective sales promotion activities, campaigns, and events.

Provide sales representatives with product knowledge, training materials, and sales tools to enhance their selling skills and improve customer engagement.


4. Relationship Building:

Foster strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and sales representatives. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company's network and strengthen partnerships. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or distributors in a timely manner.


5. Sales Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and generate regular reports for management. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.


6. Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the beauty industry. Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Share product knowledge with sales representatives to enhance their ability to sell effectively.


7. Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity, honesty, and professionalism within the sales team.


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bachelor' degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a sales leader in the beauty products industry

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

Strong understanding of the beauty market, consumer preferences, and industry trends

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to travel for meetings, conferences, and partner visits as required.

Salary:

AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
