Position Summary


  • Improve customers' purchase experience and maximize sales by devising platform strategies, collecting business requests, developing services and spreading them globally.
  • Contribute to sales and conduct tasks including promotions and strategic task launching effectively through stable platform operation.
  • Lay a solid foundation for stable platform operation through infrastructure advancement and security/performance(Website's download speed and back-end performance)/architecture enhancement.
Role and Responsibilities

1. [Platform Strategy] Collect business requests, establish business processes, plan services and design solutions.

2. [Project Management] Enhance and roll out(development specification, timeline, budget) functionalities and advance the development of new functionalities.

[Platform Operation] Launch tasks, manage incidents, enhance security and performance of infrastructure, improve download performance and optimize search engines(SEO), and perform tagging work.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Normally receives little instruction on daytoday work and receives general instructions on new assignments
  • Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
