Business Development Manager (Native Japanese Speaker)

As the Business Development Manager you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company's business growth and building market position.

You will:

Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion.
Document business development activities.
Present our products and services to new clients.
Conduct market research regularly.
Identify key markets and provide the input.
Build strategies for specified markets.
Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
Attend major industry events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
Native Japanese speaker. Fluent in English.
2+ years in a similar role or as the head of a region within the financial sector.
Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps.
Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes.
Keep proactive position in running a business.
The ability to travel is a must.
