a smart lady & experienced Housekeeping supervisor to manage our current Housekeeping team._

Roles & Responsibilities include_
- Self Experience in Housekeeping is a must to manage, schedule duties & Train our existing Housekeeping staff to give the best quality service experience to our customers
- Must have good sense of logistics management to minimise fuel costs & pre planning of staff schedule as per Customers requirements. MUST KNOW THE AREAS & ROADS OF UAE.
- Meet Customers periodically & encourage them for our Monthly, Yearly contracts
- Manage the cash flow, collections, due collections from customers or staff to avoid financial losses after work done.
- Must be well versed to communicate with customers in English & Arabic.
- Must possess Strong relationship building qualities with customers & motivate them to be regular monthly clients.
- Carry a strong sense of Honesty & Integrity towards clients & company.
Languages known :
English & Hindi (fluent) / Arabic (preferred)
