Key Responsibilities:


Installation:
Plan, install, and connect electrical wiring, conduits, and fixtures in new construction projects or during renovations.


Maintenance:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical malfunctions in existing systems and equipment. Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.


Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.


Upgrades and Retrofits:
Upgrade and replace outdated or faulty electrical components to improve efficiency and safety. Retrofit older systems to meet modern electrical standards.


Testing and Certification:
Conduct tests and use specialized equipment to verify the safety and performance of electrical installations. Provide necessary certifications and reports as required.


Circuitry and Wiring:
Design and implement electrical circuitry, including layout and wiring, for lighting, power distribution, and specialized equipment.


Safety Compliance:

Adhere to electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to prevent hazards and ensure the safety of occupants and workers.


Blueprint Reading:
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems and components.


Communication:
Collaborate with other construction professionals, clients, and team members to discuss project requirements, timelines, and updates.


Emergency Response:
Respond to emergency service calls to troubleshoot and repair electrical problems that may arise unexpectedly.


Documentation:
Maintain accurate records, including job reports, work orders, and materials used, to track project progress and ensure accountability.


Qualifications and Skills:


Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited electrician apprenticeship program or relevant technical training is preferred.


Licensing:
Valid electrician's license/certification as required by local regulations and jurisdiction.


Technical Skills:
Proficiency in electrical systems, circuitry, wiring, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.


Problem-Solving:
Ability to diagnose and solve electrical problems efficiently and effectively.


Attention to Detail:
Meticulousness in installation, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure accuracy and safety.


Physical Stamina:
Physical fitness and endurance to work in various environments, including tight spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.


Communication:
Clear communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and supervisors.


Time Management:
Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Salary:
AED1, AED2,500.00 per month
