A well known
British Salon in Dubai is looking for a
female Salon Manager/Guest Relations Officer


We are looking for someone who will be able to to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our clients, attend to them courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Greeting clients as they enter and exit the salon.
  • Handling client complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Coordinating and multitasking job duties in a busy salon environment.
  • Should possess detailed information about the salon, city as well as the competition.
  • Detailed information regarding appointments and client requirements.
  • Have up to date information on daily appointments.
  • Providing excellent customer service as per salon standards.
  • Providing information regarding services, pricing, offers, packages etc.
  • Maintain upto date information on service pricings, current promotions, offers and packages
  • Coordinate with custodial staff for clearing of treatment rooms.
  • Collect client feedback.
  • Perform basic cashier activities as and when required.
  • Ensure that all checkins and checkouts are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any client.
  • Should be able to handle all clients without bias or prejudice.
  • Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
  • Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Must be guest service focused and a team player.
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
  • Ability to relate well to salon clients and employees.
  • Professional in demeanour and presentation.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Observant, discriminating and detailoriented
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Able to work weekends and holidays.
Salary Bracket - AED 8, ,000

COVID-19 considerations: All clients and staff are required to wear masks. Hairdressing stations and treatment rooms are sanitised for every client. Sanitiser dispensers are placed around the salon. Cleanliness and personal hygiene are held to the highest standard.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED8, AED12,000.00 per month


Experience:

Cabin Crew: 4 years (preferred)
Hotel Spa Management: 3 years (preferred)
