    Description

    Our client is a holding leading investment company in the UAE seeking a skilled Project Manager Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to join their team.

    In this role your responsibilities are:

    • Coordinating with clients to ensure the design meets their needs and specifications
    • Develop and maintain project schedules timelines and milestones.
    • Coordinate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
    • Create and update project plans considering resource allocation and budget constraints.
    • Scheduling and overseeing construction activities to ensure that deadlines are met
    • Monitoring project budgets to ensure costs are within reasonable limits
    • Reviewing plans for design flaws and making recommendations for improvement
    • Monitoring the work of engineers to ensure that they are adhering to industry standards and best practices
    • Providing technical support to contractors during the construction phase of a project
    • Developing project timelines including phases of implementation completion dates and milestones along the way
    • Assisting in the development of bids for projects that may be put out to bid by clients
    • Ensuring that all applicable laws and regulations are followed during construction.



    Requirements

    • Bachelors or master s degree in civil preferably with PMP IPMA Certification.
    • A minimum of 10 years site experience in building construction residential villas or hotels.
    • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes means and methods.
    • Expert knowledge of building products construction details and relevant rules regulations and quality standards applicable to the specific projects under their control
    • Understanding of all facets of the construction process
    • Familiarity with construction management software packages
    • Ability to plan and see the big picture .
    • Competent in conflict and crisis management
    • Leadership and human resources management skills
    • Excellent time and project management skills

    The ideal candidate will have the following: Bachelor s or Master degree in Civil Engineering PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage 10 to 17 years site experience in building construction, palace, residential villas or hotels.
