Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team.

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting various accounting and financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily accounting activities, including data entry, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial records, general ledgers, and financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthend and yearend closing procedures.
Review and verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
Support payroll processing and related tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide necessary support as required.
Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
Stay uptodate with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
Previous experience as an intern or entrylevel position in accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software like Tally.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English & Hindi Language.
A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to the team's success.
