    JobResponsibilities

    • Coordination with Admin Staff / Accounts andCollection departments for daily routineworks
    • Coordination with Legal advisor onexecution/ follow-up of Agreements
    • Interactionswith Bank officials write Loan Sanctions / Disbursements of ClientLoans
    • Interaction/ maintaining relationshipwith Sub registrar to register Agreements, Govt
    • Maintaining the master sheets of all
    • Drafting
    • Application withthe Sub Registrar office
    • Preparation of loanrelated documents of the
    • Maintenance ofoutstanding statements of theclients
    • Collections of monthly rentals andpreparation of maintenance
    • Raising demand noteand collection of slab wise
    • Callcustomers/Answer incoming calls and setup sitevisits
    • Handle all communication with existingcustomers
    • Monitoring of sales and paymentcollections
    • Handling channelpartners
    • Sending Quotes &
    • ApplicationProcessing
    • Registrationpreparation
    • Maintaining a Database of theexisting & prospective
    • Interacting withthem & keep them informed about current and upcoming
    • Filing & recordkeeping
    • MIS Reports

    Job Requirements

    • Any graduate, Degree in Business Administrationwill be preferred
    • Preferably Malecandidates
    • Working experience of 2-3 years inCustomer Relationship
    • Proficient in MSOffice
    • Proficient knowledge of latest methodsand strategies to improve customerservices
    • Ability to thinkstrategically
    • Excellent team management andleadership skills
    • Extraordinary communicationand interpersonal skills
