Description
we are looking for a dynamic sales manager with proven experience in the UAE (at least 8-10years) in the field of Accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Business
- Maintain Key Accounts
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Conduct regular market visits and gain customer insights and attend various related programs and conferences
- Business plan presentation and approval
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with clients
- Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 810 years' experience within sales and related industry home and accessories
- Proven UAE experience
- A deep understanding of marketing principles
- Good communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude
- Negotiation skills
- Plenty of initiative
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
