    Description

    Gentis Solutions is seeking a TechnicalProduct Manager to join our team. This contract-to-hire position iswith one of our Fortune 50 clients interested in full-timeflex/remote consultants. The ideal candidates will have therequired skills listed below and will be eligible and open to beinghired by our client at the end of the project's duration. Thisposition works alongside an existing team and leveragesenterprise-level technologies and processes.     Requirements

    • 5+years of agile product management or new product development (NPD)experience in a digital/eCommerce company with demonstrated successdelivering new products, platforms, and experiences tomarkets
    • Exceptional communication,organization, and analytical skills
    • Experienceleading and managing a team with direct and indirectreports
    • Demonstrated experience creating andusing strategy to solve complex problems that span across multipledivisions and groups within company
    • Ability toidentify metrics and key performance measures and use data to drivedecisions which enhance the customerexperience

    DesirableSkills

    • 3+ years productmanagement experience at a retailer or digital platformcompany
    • Proven track record of conceiving andbuilding platforms
    • Experience with OKRs anditerative product development(Agile)
    • Experience using GitHub, Atlassian,Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloudproducts
    • Since this Product Manager will beworking directly with development teams, a background in softwaredevelopment isadvantageous

    TypicalDuties

    • Create,maintain, and communicate DIEM product vision, strategy, androadmaps, including near-term delivery and long-term DIEM productevolution
    • Develop strategic product plan anddeliver breakthrough DIEM capabilities by working with technicaland non-technical partners; measure output, improve execution, andcontinuously deliver 10X value creation
    • DefineDIEM product strategy, features, and success criteria forevaluating vendors/partners to make ongoingbuy-build-partner-acquire decisions
    • Createhighly collaborative cross-functional partnerships across, KrogerTechnology & Digital, 84.51, Alt Profits, Merchandising,Manufacturing, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Health &Wellness, Marketing, and Finance
    • Identifyopportunities to create best-in-class platform capabilities byleveraging customer/developer feedback, monitoring/analytics, andteam know-how/ know-why in order to connect company strengths withavailable resources
    • Model Agile principles toincrease speed and frequency of DIEM product delivery bymaintaining and communicating groomed backlog, providing 1-Nprioritization for backlog, and set criteria for Minimum ViableProduct
    • Provide leadership direction to directand/or matrixed core team members, incorporating feedback fromacross all functions, product leadership, and company's seniorleadership
