Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Real Estate Development Company in Dubai.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our projects, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales.

Your role will involve managing the marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and implementing innovative campaigns to create a strong market presence.

Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and create effective strategies.
Brand Management: Manage and strengthen the company's brand identity in the real estate market. Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Project Marketing: Oversee the marketing efforts for individual real estate projects. Collaborate with project teams to identify unique selling points, target audiences, and appropriate marketing channels.
Traditional Marketing: Develop and implement traditional marketing initiatives, such as print media, outdoor advertising, and direct mail campaigns, to reach a broader audience.
Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to identify and capture potential customers. Nurture leads through marketing automation and CRM systems.
Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns and promotional events to increase awareness and attract potential buyers.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analyse data to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities. Utilize insights to make informed marketing decisions.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives.
Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and stakeholders. Handle press releases, media interviews, and public relations activities.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with legal and ethical standards and follow industry regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience 78 years as a Marketing Manager in the real estate or property development industry.
Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
Familiarity with the local real estate market and relevant regulations is advantageous.
