    Description

    Our Client-A leading International bakery with multiple outlets across UAE is looking for Chef de Partie for managing a section of the kitchen, overseeing the preparation of dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency. This role requires a combination of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

    Position: - Chef De Partie
    Package: -3000 K -4000 K (AED).
    Location: -Dubai.
    Experience: - 3+ Years of Similar industry is must.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Station Management:

    • Assume responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry).
    • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

    Ordering and Stock Management:

    • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies for the assigned section.
    • Minimize wastage and contribute to cost control measures.

    Menu Development:

    • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new menu items.
    • Offer creative input and suggest improvements to existing dishes.

    Efficiency and Time Management:

    • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes during service.
    • Manage time effectively to meet service demands.

    Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate overall kitchen operations.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a harmonious work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
    • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent.
    • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Adaptability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
