Position Overview:
As a Waiter in our authentic Italian Restaurant, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and knowledge of Italian cuisine will ensure that every customer enjoys a delightful and satisfying meal.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
Menu Knowledge:
Familiarize yourself with our Italian menu offerings, including appetizers, entrees, desserts, and beverages, to make knowledgeable recommendations and answer any customer inquiries.
Order Taking:
Accurately record guests' orders, ensuring special requests, dietary preferences, and allergies are communicated to the kitchen team.
Table Setting and Presentation:
Set tables with precision, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing ambiance, and present dishes elegantly when serving.
Upselling:
Suggest additional items like wine pairings, desserts, or specialty dishes to enhance the overall dining experience and increase revenue.
Timely Service:
Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly, maintaining efficient dining operations.
Payment Handling:
Process guests' payments, handle cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
Problem Resolution:
Address any guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
Table Turnover:
Manage table turnovers efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy periods.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Maintain a clean and organized work station, as well as ensure cleanliness in dining areas and restrooms.
Requirements:

Hospitality and Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality with a passion for providing excellent service.

Italian Cuisine Knowledge: Familiarity with Italian dishes, ingredients, and culinary traditions is advantageous.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
