    Job Summary

    The Project Admin role involves implementing departmental policies, procedures, and systems related to Human Resources and Administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Follow up with HR managers/HR executives for interviews with shortlisted candidates
    • Maintain confidentiality of employee documents for dispatch and receipt
    • Communicate/coordinate with head offices regarding employee requirements and follow up on areas like overtime, leave etc.
