Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Application Management Suite (AMS) for Oracle E-Business Suite is built on top of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) technology platform to deliver endtoend monitoring and management of Oracle E-Business Suite systems. Following functionalities are expected to be addressed using AMS.

SYSTEM MONITORING:


  • Discover multiple EBS Targets in one step using EM CLI
  • Centralized Monitoring (Concurrent Manager, Workflow, Forms, Self Service)
  • Real time User Monitoring
  • JVM usage Monitoring
  • Incident Management
  • Notifications based on Metric Thresholds
  • Metric Extensions for User Defined Metrics
  • Discover Custom Concurrent Programs

REAL USER EXPERIENCE INSIGHT (RUEI):


  • End-ToEnd Transaction Tracking
  • EBS specific Key Performance Indicators

  • EBS Technology Stack Configuration Management
  • Configuration Change Audit Trail

Customization Manager (CI/CD):

Skills Required:


Currently, AMS (excluding RUEI) is installed as a plugin in OEM 13c and integrated with Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS release.

We are looking for a consultant who

  • Has done similar AMS implementations in the past (including RUEI)
  • Has expertise in configuring above features across the five domain areas (including System Monitoring, RUEI, Configuration and Compliance Management, Change Management, Customization Manager)
  • Has experience in integrating AMS with GIT / Bitbucket (to allow code deployments from GIT as source code repository), ServiceNow (to raise incidents in ServiceNow based on AMS alerts), JiraAgile (for endtoend traceability
  • Requirement to Deployment), QMetry (for open defects validation before deployment)
