Overview:

The Area Manager drives results and oversees the operations of multiple KRUSH Brands stores/ kitchens within the same territory. The Area Manager will be an 'on the floor' leader driving success in a multi-unit environment, managing multiple stores. The Area Manager is responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring a team.

Responsibilities:

Oversees store operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities for
Manage the daytoday business of the stores while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management. etc.
Accountable for delivering both stores and personal sales goals and all the KPIs.
Drive sales by consistently identifying opportunities and gaps to achieve individual and store
Create an environment of shared wins through coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance store
Recruit and hire to staffing needs filling open positions on time by utilizing appropriate company tools.
Continually coach and develop the teams to ensure consistent and flawless execution.
Build and protect the integrity and essence of the company and the brands that we represent.

Requirements:

Bachelors' Degree in Management or equivalent and 3+ years of previous leadership experience
Having overseen multiple brands and multiple locations. Previous experience with a multiple QSR brands is preferred.
Should have relevant knowledge in training, operational and organizational procedures, planning and analysis, food technology, and delivery operations.
Valid UAE driving license.
