Description

· Preparation of Evaluation ofTender / Contract documents and Bill ofQuantities

· Quantification ofvariations as per revised drawings / specifications and follow-upwith main contractors/project managers for site workinstructions.

· Scheduling &Monitoring the progress of the works, delays, & disruptionsof the project, and preparing claims for delays, time extensions,and associated costs.

· Pricing ofVariation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors / ProjectManagers and Finalization of Variation Orders(VO)

· Provide and maintain all backupdocumentation required for substations ofclaims/invoices.

· Preparation offorecasts, budgets, and cost controlmeasures.

· Monthly ProgressiveBilling / Invoicing and follow-up for timelypayments

· Maintenance and control ofrecords related to all commercial activities as required by thecontract conditions.

· Forwardingcontractual correspondences to the main contractor, / ProjectManager and subcontractors related to the contractualissues.

· Reporting to the Topmanagement about cash inflow and outflow, providing advice for anycommercial issues, and helping to resolvethem

· Developing cost-loadedprograms, cash flow, & a manpowerhistogram.

· Established the ProjectCost Monitoring System, updated the Project cost progress, andmeasured the cost variance
