As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and online presence of our real estate brand.

You will be responsible for crafting compelling content across our social media platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram, to engage our audience and drive our marketing objectives.

Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to execute concepts will contribute to our overall brand strategy and digital footprint.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement creative content strategies for social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram, to enhance our brand's presence and engagement.
  • Design, create, and execute innovative content ideas, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and interactive posts, tailored for the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content creation with overall business goals and campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media content, utilizing insights to optimize future content creation and strategies.
  • Manage and oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging and creative content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to utilize them effectively to engage with the target audience.
  • Excellent design skills with proficiency in design software and tools relevant to content creation.
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute creative concepts from start to finish.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
