    Job Summary & Purpose:<\/b>
    <\/div> The Low Code Applications Delivery In -Charge is responsible for the end -to -end delivery, governance, and support of low -code applications across the organization. This role ensures timely and high -quality delivery of scalable, compliant, and business -aligned low -code solutions.

    <\/div> Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Manage the full lifecycle of low -code applications from initiation through development, testing, UAT, deployment, and controlled go -live.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand business problems, and conceptualize effective low -code solutions.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements by creating end -to -end workflows and BRDs, covering functional, non -functional, compliance, and control requirements.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Review solution workflows and BRDs with business teams, incorporate feedback, amend requirements where necessary, and obtain formal validations and signoffs.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ensure all low -code applications adhere to organizational policies, security standards, data privacy requirements, and audit/compliance controls throughout the delivery lifecycle.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Act as the primary liaison between business teams, developers, and external vendors/partners, ensuring requirements are clearly explained, uniformly understood, and accurately implemented.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Own project management activities including planning, prioritization, timelines, risk and dependency management, and regular stakeholder communication.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Continuously evaluate delivered applications to ensure adoption, effectiveness, and business value realization. Proactively identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Stay updated on emerging low -code/no -code platforms and recommend new tools or technologies to enhance delivery capabilities.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the application delivery lifecycle, especially for critical business applications.

      Requirements<\/h3> Experience
      <\/div> (Yrs& Field) - Min 5+ years of overall experience in IT / Digital Transformation / Application Delivery.
      <\/div> - Min 3+ Years Hands -on experience in low -code / no -code application delivery, business applications, or workflow automation.
      <\/div>
      <\/div> Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science/information systems, or related discipline.
      <\/div>
      <\/div> Professional Certifications - Low -code platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Medix, Out Systems, or equivalent).
      <\/div> - Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) – Preferred.
      <\/div> - Business Analysis or Process certifications (CBAP, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma) – Added advantage.
      <\/div>
      <\/div> Skills & Abilities - Strong business requirement analysis and solution design skills.
      <\/div> - Solid project management and delivery ownership capabilities.
      <\/div> - Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills across business, technical teams, and external partners.
      <\/div> - Ability to translate business problems into scalable application solutions.
      <\/div> - Leadership capability to guide developers, team members, and business users effectively.
      <\/div> - Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
      <\/div> - Proactive risk management and problem -solving skills.
      <\/div> - Passion for innovation and technology scouting.
