Description
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marketing activities and ensuring quality control of marketing products & materials. This position involves working closely with the marketing team, as well as with design and sales teams.

The role involves ensuring that all marketing materials are of high quality and delivered on time, while also ensuring that all products meet the quality standards set by the company.


RESPONSIBILITY:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales to the retail stores
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and accurate production of all marketing materials.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials, including advertisements, flyers, and other printed materials, meet the company's standards and are consistent with our brand guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain the inventory of marketing materials and products
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
  • Ensure that all activities comply with legal and ethical standards, including consumer protection laws, privacy laws, and intellectual property laws.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time
  • Assist with the management of the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including tracking KPIs such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing reports and presentations.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to our marketing processes and activities
  • Support the marketing team in ad hoc projects as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
All other related duties assigned by the management


Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.


Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.


Driving License:
A valid UAE driving license is a requirement**
Preferred Male

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
