Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on Recruitment, to manage all HR functions end-to-end within a construction company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining talent while handling all HR operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding), especially for technical and site roles
Coordinate manpower planning based on project and site requirements
Handle the complete HR cycle including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Manage personnel & administration (employee files, contracts, HR letters, etc.)
Prepare and follow up on payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records
Handle social & medical insurance procedures and government documentation
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies & procedures
Support performance management and employee evaluations
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally
Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law
Coordinate training needs and support organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment and manpower planning
Previous experience in construction / contracting companies is a mustVery good knowledge of Egyptian labor law & social insurance
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
