Our client is one of the leading Furniture and furnishing brands in Dubai, UAE, with 30 years of expertise in the industry.

They are looking for a General Manager to join their team in Dubai.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the organization.
Manage day-to-day operations across departments, optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
Drive financial performance through budgeting, monitoring metrics, and cost optimization.
Build and lead a high-performing management team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, evaluating processes, and implementing innovative solutions.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Must have 15 to 20 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Must be from a hard-core Sales and Marketing background and should have handled the company's operations for at least 5 years.

P referably from the furniture industry
Strong business acumen and the ability to drive growth and profitability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of industry trends and regulations
