    RoleDescription

    This is a fulltime onsite role foran experienced Real Estate Agent located in Dubai. The Real EstateAgent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying sellingor renting properties conducting market research generating leadsand negotiating deals. The Real Estate Agent should have excellentcommunication skills and the ability to network with a range ofclients to build relationships and promote the growth of thecompany.

    Qualifications

    • Minimumof 1 years or more of experience in real estate sales or rentalproperty management (Secondary Markets Commercial and PrimaryMarkets)
    • You need to have a strong passion forReal Estate & be hunger to MAKE MOREMONEY
    • A strong understanding of the local realestate market and current trends in Dubai
    • Astrong sales background in UAE plus a sales trackrecord
    • Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills
    • Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail
    • A valid RERAcertification and Dubai Real Estate license (Transferable to thecompany)
    • Thorough knowledge of Dubais realestate market latest property trends and marketfluctuations
    • Highly organized anddetailoriented with a strong sales drive and problemsolvingskills
    • Adept at using CRM software and variousmarketing platforms
    • Bachelors degree in RealEstate Business Administration or a relatedfield
    • Fluency in English is a must withproficiency in at least one additional language like fluency inEnglish Arabic Chinese or French others being a hugeplus
    • Familiarity with local zoning and DLDRules & Regulations
