We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services firm for an experienced
Risk Manager
to support acquisition integrations, strategic change initiatives and major investment activity.
This is a high-impact role providing
Risk Oversight across M&A,
, transformation programmes and complex change projects, ensuring risks are identified early and managed effectively to support sustainable growth.
The Role:
You will play a key role in shaping successful acquisitions and change initiatives by:
- Providing independent risk oversight on acquisitions, integrations, divestitures and strategic investments
- Performing financial risk assessments across credit market counterparty liquidity risk ,and assessing impacts to the firm's overall risk profile
