- Responsible to achieve and exceedall tasks and objectives set by HOD in a timelymanner.
- Screens potential brokers (Individual& Corporate) with the objective of promoting Damacproducts.
- Ensures that assigned Brokers(Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support(Training, Onboarding, coaching, etc.) to achieve salestarget.
- Design and implement effective Route toMarket (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type andresources.
- Leverage Damac Customer &Agent programs (Client Fly Ins, Agent Fly ins Partnership Program,Direct RD Shows, Agent Evets, IUC program, etc.) to maximize salesand achieve targets within the assignedterritory
- Educate the Corporate brokers andtheir staff on how to utilize Damac Agent portal to close deals,view inventory, make payments and generate consistentbusiness
- Develop and negotiates contracts,integrates contract requirements with businessoperations.
- Generates and maintains periodicalreports in line with company guidelines. Reports daily activitiesduring scouting & Sales trips in the assignedterritories.
