Role Summary:
You'll map out Shipa Delivery's business growth strategy – and make it happen. You'll identify sales leads, pitch to new clients and keep current clients happy and wanting more. You need to be great at networking, and have a knack for presenting and public speaking. Strong marketing and negotiating skills, and a positive attitude, are required. You'll be responsible for increasing Shipa Delivery's revenue as well as building a funnel of potential clients to sustain our growth.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
· Be the voice and face of Shipa Delivery in the market
· Achieve monthly sales targets through a mix of new client's signups and increasing share of business with existing
accounts.
· Constantly create revenue generating channels from Cross Selling and Upselling streams to these clients.
· Manage and grow existing businesses to generate targeted and sustainable revenue (additional regions, additional
products).
· Manage and update potential client's engagement via Sales Force CRM system.
· Pricing understanding and negotiating best prices with clients.
· Be responsible for key accounts and large regional accounts.
· Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless customer experience.
· Updating oneself with complete knowledge of all operational and commercial aspects (Line haul, Customs, Last mile,
fulfillment, technical integration, new lanes, and import/export).
· Manage day-day business and operational relationship with clients.
· Perform all aspects of the sales process and input and update all customer information utilizing CRM.
· Engages in research for the purpose of expanding personal and company knowledge of industry trends, best practices,
marketing and sales.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in business or any related field.
· 3+ years of sales & account management experience (preferably from e-commerce , e-fulfillment and logistic industry)
· Knowledge and experience in CRM systems is a must
· Intermediate to advance level of using MS Office Excel, Power Point, and Word.
