    Description

    Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in marketingroles, with at least 5 years in the financial services and/orasset/wealth management industry.
    • Proven trackrecord of developing and implementing successful marketingstrategies.
    • Excellent communication skills,with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influencestakeholders at all levels of theorganization.
    • Must have proficient knowledgeworking with the following: design programs such as Adobe CreativeSuite or Canva; Adobe PDF Editor; email marketing platforms(MailChimp a plus); Microsoft Office; Content Management Systems(CMS); Social Media platform such as Hootsuite; Google Analytics(GA4 a plus).
    • Experience with the following aplus: Association Management Systems (AMS) or Salesforce; LearningManagement Systems (LMS); Google Drive; C-Event or other mobileevent platform; JotForm and/or Survey Monkey;
    • Significant ability to learn newtechnologies and be resourceful in finding sustainable and creativesolutions.
    • Significant ability to draft andedit content with a strong attention todetail.
    • Ability to understand metrics andanalyze KPIs to help make decisions and drive overall Marketingand/or Events strategies and ideas.
    • Candidateshould have a keen eye for designing collateral that is cohesiveand on brand with an ability to execute underdeadline.
    • Given the remote work environment,the candidate must be extremely proactive with agoal/results-driven orientation that can work independently withminimal supervision. The candidate will demonstrate strongresource, workload, and capacity management skills while being acollaborative team player.
    • Any outside businessactivity (such as a part time job) must be pre-disclosed andrequires prior approval.

    Salary:

    This isa full-time role (40 hours/week during standard business hours),and the total compensation will range $70,000-$80,000 (base& bonus) annually.
