Description

Responsible for making customers/guests feel welcome and totally satisfied. Take orders and serve food and beverages. Identify issues and take appropriate corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers/guests, take/serve orders, answer queries, help them identify and select products, providing advice and/or recommendations in a sensitive manner.
Achieve total customer satisfaction.
Possess indepth knowledge of Miss J Cafe's product lineup.
Perform basic administrative tasks including shop opening and closing activities.
Upsell and crosssell in an appropriate manner.
Arrange table settings and ensure excellent hygiene at all times.
Ensure that all product displays adhere to shelflife standards.
Check products for quality and appearance.
Handle POS and cashier activities including preparing checks and collecting payments from customers, and operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.
Provide a receipt to every Customer.
Balance the cash register and generate reports for credit and debit sales, process refunds and exchanges, and resolve complaints.
Package/wrap purchases to ensure safe transport.
Plan displays (including tags and arrangements) and orders.
Adhere to uniform/personal hygiene standards, all relevant health department rules/regulations, and all customer service guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waitress in a reputed, fastpaced F&B environment, including handling cash and POS systems.
High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus.
Strong team player.
Critical thinker and problemsolver.
Good time management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Physically able to stand for long periods of time.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,100.00 per month
