    Bookkeeping Officer - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - IIQAFGROUP

    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks,including recording financial transactions, reconciling bankstatements, and updating generalledgers.
    • Prepare and analyze financialstatements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cashflow statements.
    • Review and process accountspayable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring invoices areaccurate and payments are made on time.
    • Assistin the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing accurate andreliable financial data.
    • Conduct periodicinternal audits to ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures.
    • Collaborate with other departmentsto resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financialrecords.
    • Maintain and update tax records,ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree inaccounting, finance, or a related field.
    • Provenexperience in bookkeeping or a similar financialrole.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principlesand procedures.
    • Proficient in using accountingsoftware and MS Office applications.
    • Excellentorganizational and time managementskills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to workwith a high level of accuracy.
    • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
