    Bookkeeping Officer - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - IIQAFGROUP

    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and updating general ledgers.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring invoices are accurate and payments are made on time.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing accurate and reliable financial data.
    • Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial records.
    • Maintain and update tax records, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar financial role.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
    • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
