    Workplace Options recherche un(e) Psychologue Clinicien(ne) pour rejoindre l quipe de psychologues cliniques en La Garenne-Colombes. Ce poste offre une grande flexibilit avec un m lange de travail au bureau et domicile. Cette quipe fournira des services directs vari s, y compris des valuations t l phoniques de risques psycho-sociaux, conciliation travail-vie personnel et de th rapie court terme.

    Responsabilit s & competences:

    • R aliser des valuations psychologiques et apporter du soutien par t l phone.
    • Assurer la gestion des cas cliniques et de la gestion de crises.
    • Apporter des conseils aux appelants, de mani re r active, efficace et professionnelle tout en garantissant la confidentialit conform ment au code de d ontologie du psychologue et l thique professionnelle.
    • R f rer, le cas ch ant, les patients vers des ressources ext rieures plus appropri es si le service propos ne peut r pondre aux demandes ou aux besoins.
    • R aliser des valuations plus sp cifiques en ce qui concerne des sujets pouvant impacter le comportement au travail, tels que la toxicomanie, la sant mentale, ou diverses pr occupations familiales par exemple.
    • Assurer un suivi de cas si n cessaire et ce de fa on r active.
    • Suivre les proc dures internes qui r gissent la prestation de services (protocoles cliniques et juridiques) et int grer les donn es dans le logiciel interne.
    • R aliser des t ches suppl mentaires selon les besoins identifi s par l quipe clinique.


    Requirements

    • Dipl me de ma trise en psychologie, th rapie courte ou dans un domaine similaire.
    • Au moins deux ans dexp rience directement li e la psychologie, th rapie courte ou des services de sant mentale.
    • Anglais - Bonne connaissance.
